LX Project Reviews

A thoughtful review before your project moves forward.

An experienced external perspective on what is strong, unclear, missing or worth changing, delivered as practical written feedback you can share and revisit.

Why written review works

Deep thinking without another calendar maze.

Some of my strongest work happens when I can spend uninterrupted time with a project.

I can read the brief, trace the logic, compare documents, notice contradictions, consider what is absent and allow a response to develop rather than forcing one on the spot.

An asynchronous review also reduces the cost and scheduling burden of traditional consulting while giving you a considered resource that can be shared, discussed and revisited.

What can be reviewed

From one stubborn question to a substantial strategy.

  • Project briefs, proposals and business cases
  • Strategies, frameworks and implementation plans
  • Participation, co-design or engagement plans
  • Survey, interview or workshop materials
  • Draft reports, findings and recommendations
  • Service-review or evaluation plans
  • Policies, role descriptions and governance documents
  • A question you are stuck on, with the relevant context

What you may receive
